Honour and dignity
Hoisting a national flag and wearing it is not the same thing. We should show due honour and dignity to our national flag which is a symbol of our national spirit. Already, it has been noticed that due to negligence on part of the citizenry, the national flag is not brought down when the sun sets. If citizens are allowed to wear the Tricolour the dignity of our national flag may be diluted further.
